Weddings are easily the event that would require good photographers as people love keeping mementos of the things that they have shared in a wedding celebration. I remember when I was covering a wedding for the first time; I had a lot of struggles as I was the only official photographer in sight. It was a big mistake on my part and I should have used all the wedding resources that I could get to make my job easier. The very first rule to make in this case is to make sure that you always have a second photographer. It does not have to be another one walking around the reception. You could, at the very least, hire a wedding photo booth as this will make the life of your official photographer easier as he can easily just concentrate on shooting the candid moments. It would also be wise to create a shot list. It can be as easy as asking the wedding couple on the scenes that they want to be photographed so you know that you will not be missing out on anything that they want. It would be advisable, especially with family shots so you would not forget anybody from the family and friends.
